Patrick Henry K-8 school is the biggest project ever develop in ward 9. This project will be completed by September of 2009. The total cost 22,000,000 .

The Former TOPS Location had some enviromental challenges . However,  the city of Cleveland has spent almost a millon dollars to clean the site . I am lobbing developers to develop a family resource center with programs for fathers, mothers, childern, and seniors along with elder care and job training.
